Getting away from modern day, quick roasting methods, we have selected a roaster who commits time and patience to roasting our product longer and slower. We only roast and serve Fair Trade Certified Organic Coffees. Each variety of bean, whether it be a Costa Rican, Columbian or an African, is individually roasted at their own specific times and temperatures. This in turn brings out the characteristics of each batch of beans, their flavours and aromas, distinctive to their growing region. The end result is a superior product from which our consumers truly appreciate the unique tastes of the 'Wired Monk'
