The Steps to Becoming a Monk Franchisee

01  Investigate

Stop by a Wired Monk location, have a delicious coffee, chat with our friendly staff, and experience the comfortable atmosphere. Ask them what it’s like being a franchisee and then  give us a call to discuss your intentions and interests.

02  Application

Review our franchise package and fill out an application. Wired Monk corp. will respond to you with a confidential assessment within a week, and if you qualify, we’ll move on to the next step.

03  Deposit

Once your application has been approved, a $5,000 administration deposit will be required to get the ball rolling on  the franchise agreement. Once we receive your deposit, Wired Monk  will prepare a complete set of franchise documents for execution.  Return these executed documents to Wired Monk and the remaining franchise fee will be due when signing the franchise documents.

04  Site Selection/Opening

We’ll schedule a meeting with you to discuss site selection, lease negotiations, and time frames for opening up your Wired Monk franchise. Once a site has been selected  and the lease agreement is complete, the construction process for your store will begin. Your Wired Monk training will be scheduled based on your store’s opening day.

Wired Monk offers continuous support to our franchisees. We’ll help you with store development, training, marketing and promotions, and maintaining a superior product!
